Each session is designed to help us curate a meaningful and impactful experience for all. We are so excited to bring this year's program themes to life for you to experience!

Social Action Committee: 2025-26 Planning Workshop
Presenter: Kiara "Luz-Mar" Church
Theme: Breaking Barriers
Sisters and siblings interested in participating in the Social Action Committee for the 2025-26 year are encouraged to attend this session to get acquainted with the committee guidelines & expectations, work together to come up with focus goals for the year, and share insight from experiences within local and campus communities.

Restoring Our Feathers

Need to address a problem in a respectful manner? Or can't say what's stuck in your head because you're worried about potential reactions? This workshop will guide you how to maintain and establish restorative relationships between Sisters and others in order to develop a productive and healthy environment at work or in our Sorority.

Sisters In Service: The Power of Alumnae Involvement

A presentation about alumnae volunteer opportunities in Gamma Phi Omega and the responsibilities of these positions. Following the presentation, there will be a panel discussion of current and former alumnae volunteers to share more about their experiences volunteering.

From Self-Doubt to Self-Worth: The Identity Behind a Confident Leader

We will explore how to move from self-doubt to self-worth by understanding who we are beyond our roles.

Pillars of Health
Presenter: Daryl Roberts
Theme: Holistic Wealth
Many health conditions are incorrectly viewed as isolated issues when in reality they are secondary issues embedded in a deeper issue. In this program participants will learn the pillars of health according to the holistic medical science of Ayurveda.

When You Find A Mentor - You Uncover Solutions

This presentation will cover; Mentor vs Coach, who do you need and why, mentoring success, what you should gain, find a mentor, don't be afraid to be selective and ask, uncover solutions, a changed mind set, successful relationships, seasoned advisors/life long friendships.
